Sheena Ramsey Tinsley was elected as Sullivan County Register of Deeds in 2014. Since taking office, Sheena has taken on many leadership roles within the East Tennessee Register of Deeds Association, the Tennessee Registers Association, and the County Officials Association of Tennessee. She strives to operate the office with professionalism, integrity, and transparency, while maintaining the preservation and safe-keeping of the county’s land records.
